Ages: Our camps are designed for children ages 7 to 14 boys and girls, and offers a wide range of exciting activities to keep your child active and engaged.

Activities offered at our camp:
- 9:00-9:30am: Check-in and stretching exercises
- 9:30-11:00am: Rotating stations for soccer, futsal, volleyball, etc. (technical drills, ball control, passing, shooting, serving, etc.)
- 11:00-12:00pm: Small-sided games and scrimmages for all sports
- 12:00-1:00pm: Lunch break
- 1:00-2:00pm: Specific tactical training for each sport (defensive and offensive strategies, set plays, court positioning)
- 2:00-3:00pm: Conditioning and fitness training (agility, speed, endurance)
- 3:00-4:00pm:Full-field/court games with coaching on game strategies and decision-making for all sports
Note: The schedule above is a sample, and depending on the camp's goals and focus it can be adjusted accordingly. Also, it is important to consider breaks, hydrations and snacks that can be added as well.
